Consignment
If you decide to sell an instrument Gilroy Guitar
Gallery will consign it for you. It will be evaluated
for any necessary repairs and then together we will determine
a fair market value for the instrument. Upon sale if the instrument
you will receive 80% of the sale amount and Gilroy Guitar
Gallery will receive 20%. The consignee will pay for any
necessary repair work. We require a 60-day commitment for
consignment items to remain in the store or a $50 service
fee will be added to cover marketing and advertising expenses
for the instrument.
